One of the key features of our drilling machine control system is the ability for product designers to store their designs in a shared database. This database serves as a centralised hub for design files, allowing for collaboration and accessibility.
When it comes to operational simplicity and precision, our system relies on the operator's interaction with the products. By scanning a product's barcode, the control system is initiated. This system then proceeds to recognize the product's specifications, all within a matter of seconds. This not only reduces manual data entry but also eliminates the risk of human error, ensuring consistent quality.
After the operator scans the product barcode, the control system will recognize the product specifications, check the data integrity, and create precise holes with 0.1 mm accuracy.
This system utilises the highest quality components from Beckhoff, SICK, ABB & Rexroth.
