ElectriTech is proud to have collaborated with The Big Screen Company to significantly improve the safety of their truck. We upgraded the PLC to a Beckhoff CX, redesigned the code and UI for a seamless experience, and enhanced safety features by adding more E-Stops and a SICK safety CPU.
Key Improvements:
Replaced PLC with Beckhoff CX
Introduced an independent safety system with SICK
Upgraded servo motors for absolute positioning
Swapped micro switches for reliable proximity switches
Added additional proximity switches for better position detection
Upgraded safety check valve for the main mast
These updates ensure higher reliability and safety for the truck, reflecting our commitment to innovative and safe solutions.
